Violation of the above rules may result in Content removal, account suspension or deletion without compensation.
5. User-published Content
- User retains full copyright to Content they upload (articles, descriptions, photos, business cards).
- By uploading Content to the Platform, User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and share it with other Platform Users to the extent necessary for service provision. The license expires upon deletion of Content or account.

Details of likeness handling are described in the Privacy Policy, section 3.
- Service Provider reserves the right to remove Content violating the Terms of Service or law, without prior notification to the User.
6. Platform intellectual property

- In case of launching paid event ticket handling, settlement rules (commission, payouts for organizers) will be described in a separate payment terms document.
8. Service Provider liability
- Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure the Platform operates correctly, however in the MVP / closed beta phase does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or data integrity.
- Service Provider is not liable for:
- temporary Platform outages resulting from maintenance, updates or infrastructure failures (GCP, Cloudflare)

- Content published by other Users
- quality and course of Events organized by Organizers (Service Provider only provides the tool)
- damages resulting from Platform use inconsistent with the Terms of Service or its purpose
- Service Provider's liability to Users (excluding liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory legal provisions, including towards consumers) is limited to actual damages suffered and does not include lost profits.
- The above limitations do not affect consumer rights arising from mandatory legal provisions, in particular the Consumer Rights Act.
9. Complaints
- Complaints regarding Platform operation can be submitted to networkingportalpl@gmail.com.
- A complaint should include: User's name, email address associated with the account, description of the problem and expected resolution.
- Service Provider processes complaints within 14 days of receipt. A response will be sent to the email address provided by the User.

- Service Provider may terminate the contract with the User with immediate effect in case of:
- gross violation of the Terms of Service
- actions threatening the security of the Platform or other Users

- Account deletion results in soft delete (30 days), followed by permanent data deletion — details in the Privacy Policy, section 6.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
- Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service in case of: Platform functionality development, changes in legislation, legal form transformation (e.g., to LLC), price or business model changes.
- Users will be informed of significant changes via email and a notice on the homepage with at least 14 days' advance notice.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. A User who does not accept changes has the right to terminate the contract by deleting their account.
